Comprehensive Tracking for Any Job
The Job Tracking Module of Spectrum Plus provides a comprehensive system for coordinating the development, production, storage, distribution, and allocation of tasks related to a specific job.
Designed with users in mind, the Job Tracking Module addresses all of the critical steps in the production of any job. The module allows an unlimited number of tasks to be defined for each job, as well as for each proposal. Costs for each task can be estimated by defining components of the work required to be completed for the task. The Job Tracking Module enables the definition of five types of job components:
Users can assign a specific piece of equipment to a task. At any stage in a job, users can generate ad hoc reports to help analyze the proposals, the jobs, the progress, and the costs. |
