Manage All Standard and Dynamic Kits from One Interface

The Kits Module of Spectrum Plus provides a user-friendly interface for managing all aspects of the kits an enterprise uses for sales, enrollment, marketing or other company functions. The Kits Module is specifically designed to manage standard kits, which contain a fixed list of components, and dynamic kits, which include optional components that can be changed at the time of order.

As well as managing various kinds of kits, the Kits Module tracks all aspects of kit deployment, including many different kits, components for different kits, and inventory levels for the various components. The cost of each kit is automatically calculated, enabling managers to easily assess a kit's cost-efficiency.

Finally, the Kits Module is completely customizable, making it easy to define a wide array of kit parameters, including:

  • The name of each kit

  • The fixed components for each kit

  • The variable components for each kit, if any, and the rules associated with them

  • The placement of the components in the kit

  • Stock quantity on hand to build the kits

  • Items that need to be ordered to build the kits

  • Items that need to be printed on demand to build the kits

  • The quantity available once the kit is built

  • Extra charges associated with the kit in order to allocate costs to the requestor for assembly and shipping if necessary
