A User Friendly Web-based Requisition
The ReqDirect Module of Spectrum Plus provides users with a
simple and easy to use web-based requisitioning tool to order all items
(stocked, non-stocked, kits, supplies, or services). Users can place orders
through a web browser such as Internet Explorer in real time, using a
"shopping cart" approach. Users can now add an item to their
"Favorites" list, search on their most requested items, view - even print
locally - their items and requisitions.
As part of the Spectrum Plus family of fulfillment software modules, ReqDirect integrates seamlessly, allowing you a complete end-to-end fulfillment solution! Each user has their own unique User ID and password. ReqDirect can also support "Shared Users", where there is a common name and password so users won't have to remember passwords. Upon logging in to ReqDirect, the user is immediately taken to their shopping cart. ReqDirect will pull the user's name and the site from which that user is accessing the system. Some users may have multiple sites assigned to them. The site and user rights will restrict the items that a user is allowed to see as established by the System Administrator. There's also an easy interface to shipping systems to track orders and allow users to inquire on their status. This is all custom configurable to how the system needs to operate for your environment! |
